Flowers were beautiful once they finally arrived. I placed an order for flowers very early in the morning for a same day delivery and they never arrived. I could not reach anyone on the phone at first but then someone did pick up the next day. I was told the flowers were given to the with delivery man the day before but we will send another one out right away. The flowers were finally delivered and they were beautiful. After reading the reviews I wonder if this is normal for your shop not to send out the orders because really if I didn’t follow up with the person would I have know they weren’t sent.
